JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述
- 在土建主管的领导下保障整个厂区的车间，仓库，办公室，外围，卫生间，会议室、特别整个消防系统的定期维护，总览公司的土建改造、消防设施、防水，雨污水管路。
- 日常监督团队及土建、消防供应商完成整个厂区的土建及消防维保，以保证工厂的正常运营不受影响，协助确认供应商维保及项目施工交付满足厂端要求，过程符合安全规定。
- 管理消防值班团队，监督下属并确定消防值班需求,对技术员进行消防设备操作规程的培训。
- 与厂端EHS的协作确保所厂端所有的设备设施都能满足当地政府的消防的要求、EHS的要求及FM的要求，并协助关于消防系统方面的审核及检查。
- 参与现有的车间及办公区改造及后续新建的厂房的设备设施部分满足现有最新消防法律法规的要求，满足规范，配合主管完成审阅改建方案及图纸，确认项目设计中逃生门，逃生指示，喷淋烟感、防火门选型、灭火器选型等满足政府及EHS要求。
- 协助主管进行相关土建报建、消防报建、消防施工监督、消防验收等动作。
- 协助完善整个厂区的消防系统包括喷淋、消火栓、灭火器、气体灭火装置的平面布置图、管路图及系统图，防火分区图、厂区逃生图等所有消防相关的图纸完备。
- 负责土建类消防类维修及项目改造订单,标单制作及招标、项目实施，项目跟踪、项目中期及最终验收结算。
- 其他临时任务。

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Ensure regular maintenance of the entire plant area's workshops, warehouses, offices, perimeter, restrooms, meeting rooms, and especially the fire protection system under the leadership of the civil engineering supervisor, oversee the company's civil construction renovations, fire protection facilities, waterproofing, and rainwater/sewage pipelines.
- Daily supervision of team and civil engineering/fire protection suppliers to complete maintenance of the entire plant area's civil engineering and fire protection to ensure factory operations are not affected, assist in confirming that supplier maintenance and project construction deliveries meet plant requirements and comply with safety regulations.
- Manage the fire protection duty team, supervise subordinates and determine fire protection duty needs, train technicians on fire equipment operation procedures.
- Collaborate with plant EHS to ensure all plant equipment and facilities meet local government fire protection requirements, EHS requirements, and FM requirements, and assist with fire system audits and inspections.
- Participate in renovations of existing workshops and office areas and new plant equipment facilities to meet the latest fire protection laws and regulations, cooperate with supervisor to review renovation plans and drawings, confirm project designs for escape doors, escape indicators, sprinkler smoke detectors, fire door selection, extinguisher selection, etc., to meet government and EHS requirements.
- Assist supervisor with civil construction reporting, fire protection reporting, fire protection construction supervision, fire protection acceptance, etc.
- Assist in perfecting the entire plant area's fire protection system drawings including sprinkler, hydrant, extinguisher, gas suppression device layout plans, piping diagrams, system diagrams, fire compartment diagrams, plant escape maps, and all other fire-related drawings.
- Responsible for civil engineering and fire protection repair and project renovation orders, bid preparation and tendering, project implementation, tracking, interim and final acceptance settlement.
- Other temporary tasks.
