Основні обов'язки: 

• Забезпечення постійного вдосконалення на доручених ділянках шляхом моніторингу та формату дій відповідно до Lean Index 

• Ініціація та координація процесів побудови карт потоку створення цінності (VSM), проведення Kaizen воркшопів (Kaizen Events) та проекти покращення виробничих, складських та невиробничих процесів 

• Визначення можливості для зменшення витрат та покращення продуктивності, координація провадження цих покращень 

• Розробка, впровадження та моніторинг пристроїв, які запобігають виникненню дефектів через помилки, на тих ділянках, де виявлені можливості для їх застосування 

• Аналіз можливостей покращення ефективності, зменшення втрат у матеріалах та обладнанні 

• Застосування, проведення навчання, поширення культури використання інструментів Ощадливого виробництва (lean) 

• Активна участь у таких заходах, як Gemba Walk, Lean Council, JMA та за необхідності - LPA, QRQC & JOS 

• Розробка та застосування якісних методів для усунення проблем, оптимізації якості процесу з використанням методів Ощадливого виробництва (lean) та Six Sigma 

• Розуміння базових понять Lean культури;

• Відмінні навички комунікації;

• Вміння працювати у команді;

• Базові навички роботи з Excel та PowerPoint;

• Рівень володіння англійською Intermediate (B1);

• Швидко адаптуєтесь до змін у динамічному світі інноваційних технологій.
