About the Role 

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In this role, you’ll support quality systems, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver reliable results for our customers. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and work instructions. 

  • Analyze inspection and testing processes; recommend improvements. 

  • Support equipment and process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ). 

  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with ISO and FDA requirements. 

  • Coordinate customer complaint investigations and corrective actions. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Degree in Technical or Applied Science (or equivalent experience). 

  • At least 2 years of engineering experience; preferably in regulated industry.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of quality tools (8D, Lean, PFMEA, PPAP) is a plus. 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
