Overview: 
We’re looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to help ensure the parts and materials we receive from suppliers meet our high standards. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to solve quality issues, improve processes, and support new product launches. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead supplier quality efforts: Identify and resolve issues with incoming parts and materials. 
• Improve supplier performance: Work with suppliers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. 
• Support new product introductions: Participate in quality planning for new products. 
• Develop inspection processes: Create and guide inspection plans to ensure quality at every step. 
• Monitor supplier metrics: Track performance and report results internally and externally. 
• Collaborate across teams: Share updates and insights with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams. 
• Drive process improvements: Help suppliers meet “Dock to Stock” certification and reduce defects. 

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) 
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering 
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components (e.g., plastic molding, metal stamping, PCB, cable assemblies) 
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and use quality tools (Six Sigma knowledge is a plus) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
