• 8D методологія (5why, Ishikawa, FTA) 

• Методика FMEA

• Стратегічне мислення та критичне мислення 

• Забезпечення аналізу тенденцій виниклих дефектів 

• Проведення аналізу першопричин, перегляд  внутрішніх невідповідностей 

• Координація та відстеження коригувальних/ профілактичних дій  

• Розробка та підтримка планів забезпечення якості і маршрутизації процесів, які відображають цільову / фактичну діяльність 

• Оцінка та підтримка процесів інспекцій за допомогою інспекційних посібників та інструкцій 

• Визначення  зон ризику та ініціювання профілактичних дій до запуску масового виробництва 

• Координація заходів з валідації для забезпечення успішного масового виробництва
