Job Description
Вимоги:
Технічна/математична/економічна освіта
Знання англійської мови на початковому рівні чи вище
Досвідчений користувач MS Office
Хороші аналітичні здібності
Хороші комунікативні та організаційні навички
Основні обов’язки:
Перевірка якості матеріалів та компонентів, які використовуються для виробництва продукції
Контроль якості продукції на всіх етапах виробництва
Аналіз та усунення будь-яких відхиленнь в процесі виробництва
Контроль ключових показників по якості (FPY, OBA, CRR, scrap) та проведення робіт із виправлення і визначення можливостей для постійного покращення процесів
Підтримка процесів контролю, який спрямований на правильне використання контрольних графіків та списків, візуальної допомоги й іншої документації, яка використовується на виробництві
Надання підтримки інженерній групі на виробництві з питань якості продукції
Впровадження корегуючих та превентивних дій для вирішення і запобігання проблем якості під час виробництва продукції
Забезпечення технічної підтримки на виробництві
Моніторинг виробничого процесу використовуючи наступні допоміжні інструменти: FMEA, Control Plans, LPA aудити, check lists
Використання системи MES для збору й аналізу даних про невідповідну продукцію, спостереження за дотримання метрик. Участь у аудитах

- Analysis and elimination of any deviations in the production process
- Control of key quality indicators (FPY, OBA, CRR, scrap) and implementation of corrective actions and identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Support of control processes aimed at proper use of control charts and lists, visual aids, and other documentation used in production
- Provision of support to the engineering team in production on product quality issues
- Implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve and prevent quality problems during product manufacturing
- Ensuring technical support in production
- Monitoring of the production process using tools: FMEA, Control Plans, LPA audits, checklists
- Use of MES system for collecting and analyzing data on non-conforming products, monitoring metric compliance, participation in audits
