Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to lead, enhance, and manage our end-to-end recruitment processes and tools. This role is pivotal in building a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports our business growth and workforce/capacity  planning needs for Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Vietnam recruitment team, including setting performance goals, designing efficient processes, and tracking key recruiting metrics.

  • Provide strategic and hands-on support to recruiters, offering expertise in technical and non-technical hiring.

  • Partner with site and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across all departments and levels.

  • Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Plan universities/technical college outreach events fostering long- term relationships with institutions and student organizations.

  • Develop employer branding campaigns tailored to attract and engage targeted talent segments.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment.

  • Able to lead and optimize the performance of a small, agile recruiting team

  • Equivalent combinations of education, experience, and/or training will be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment infrastructure (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvements.

  • Highly adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
