The Forklift Driver uses a forklift for the purpose of loading and unloading; delivering operational excellence and creating an outstanding customer experience, in order to drive sales and profit

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communication/Documentation
  • Communicates to dock loading and unloading areas
  • Communicates operational / space needs to Operations Supervisor
  • Maintains appropriate documentation on safety
• Customer Experience
  • Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently
• Vehicle Operation
  • Operates and maintains vehicle in accordance with prescribed safety standards and DOT regulations, if applicable
  • Identifies and reports faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to Supervisor immediately.
  • Loads and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood and plastic.

  • Maintains high work standards by being consistent in all aspects of the job including (but not limited to), proper use of systems, attendance, productivity, and customer service
  • Works in a manner that follows company guidelines. These standards include but are not limited to the following policies: cell phone, dress code, safety

USD $18.50/Hr -USD $23.50/Hr.
