Overview

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Creative Marketing
Reports to: Manager / Senior Manager


Primary Function:
The Graphic Designer plays a key role in leading and executing a wide range of creative projects. This individual collaborates closely with copywriters from concept through execution to deliver impactful creative solutions. They are expected to foster strong relationships across teams and partners, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Lead the creative process for design and marketing projects from concept to              completion.
•    Develop and implement design strategies that drive strong creative outcomes.
•    Demonstrate expertise in typography and its effective application.
•    Create clean, modern layouts and expand upon established design systems.
•    Present creative work confidently to leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
•    Manage production tasks for both print and digital formats, and support other creative          builds as needed.
•    Make timely decisions to support fast-paced projects and meet deadlines.
•    Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
•    Stay current with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies,           applying them to relevant projects.
•    Research and gain familiarity with various media formats to support cross-functional            collaboration (e.g., video editing, UX, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).


Reporting & Working Relationships
•    Reports directly to the Manager / Senior Manager.
•    Collaborates with internal teams across local and international offices.


Job Requirements:
•    4–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, retail firm, or design studio.
•    Proficient in Mac OS.
•    Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects),        Figma, and other design/video editing tools.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Knowledge and Skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Self-motivated and well-organized.
•    Skilled in managing timelines and meeting deadlines.
•    Exceptional attention to detail.
•    Experience in managing high-volume print and digital marketing projects.
