Overview


We are looking for an Project Manager - HR AI Solutions Enablement to drive execution of strategic AI and HR transformation initiatives in alignment with the CHRO’s vision for a modern, digitally enabled HR function. This role focuses on identifying business-aligned AI solutions, coordinating enterprise delivery, and ensuring effective change adoption across the HR ecosystem.
You will partner with HR, Technology, and Data teams to surface opportunities, shape scalable AI solutions, and execute cross-functional programs with rigor. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, deep understanding of HR business needs, and a passion for enabling responsible, high-impact AI adoption.


Responsibilities

  • Business-Aligned AI Solution Identification
    • Engage with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and operational pain points.
    • Identify and shape high-value AI use cases that align with business goals and HR capabilities.
    • Recommend and scope fit-for-purpose AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Workday AI, Microsoft Copilot) to meet specific HR needs.
    • Collaborate with functional and technical partners to ensure selected solutions are scalable, ethical, and compliant.
  • Enterprise Program Execution (PMO Leadership)
    • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of AI and HR integration programs across multiple functions, geographies, and workstreams.
    • Maintain structured program management discipline—developing plans, tracking milestones, managing risks, and driving accountability.
    • Coordinate interdependencies across stakeholders including HR COEs, Tech, Data, and Legal/Compliance.
    • Deliver clear and consistent reporting to executive stakeholders (dashboards, status reports, KPIs).
  • Change Enablement & Capability Building
    • Design and execute change strategies to support successful adoption of AI tools across HR teams.
    • Lead enablement sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training programs to build awareness and capability.
    • Create toolkits, guides, and communications that drive user confidence and sustained usage.
    • Measure adoption, usage trends, and business impact to inform continuous improvement.
  • Success Measures
    • AI-enabled HR solutions identified, scoped, and deployed effectively.
    • Enterprise programs delivered on time, with high stakeholder engagement and alignment.
    • Increased capability and adoption of AI tools across HR teams.
    • Tangible improvements in HR efficiency, decision-making, and digital maturity.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
      •    5–7 years of experience in HR program management, digital transformation, or business enablement roles.
      •    Demonstrated experience enabling or supporting AI or digital tool adoption within a business context.
      •    Strong background managing cross-functional enterprise programs, preferably in global or matrixed environments.
      •    Program/project management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) preferred.
