Job Title: Senior Analyst

Role Summary:
The Senior Analyst drives data-led insights to enhance digital commerce performance. This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and business acumen to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize category outcomes. Responsibilities include delivering actionable insights, tracking KPIs, and influencing strategic decisions to improve sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead alignment with business teams for digital strategy execution on jcpenney.com Home Page, Campaigns, and Key Category Pages.
•    Deliver actionable insights and advanced reporting to drive sales, conversion, and customer experience.
•    Monitor KPIs and optimize customer journey; present findings to leadership.
•    Coordinate campaign go-live and major event launches for maximum impact.
•    Drive automation of dashboards, competitive analysis, and industry trend insights.
•    Act as subject matter expert, mentor junior analysts, and support executive reviews.
•    Ensure readiness during high-priority events, including weekend/off-hour support.

Qualifications
•    4–6 years’ experience in eCommerce or Retail Website Analysis/Campaign Management.
•    Expertise in web analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
•    Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to influence stakeholders.
•    Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
•    Track record of process automation and strategic insights.
