We are looking for an Admin Analyst with French.

Location: Warsaw (our office is located in the Warsaw Spire building)

 

Operating model: Hybrid work (2 days a week in Warsaw office)

 

Type of contract: contract of employment

What this job involves:

Administrative Analyst shall perform the following tasks:

  • The role will provide support to our French Valuation team.

  • Administrative project support, such as:

  • KYC & Compliance checks:

  • Check the compliance of the contractual elements provided by the internal teams and by the customers

  • Contracting

  • Drafting customer and subcontractor contracts

  • Invoicing

  • enter and edit administrative documents (invoices, credit notes, new invoices, accrue, etc.

  • ensure compliance with payment deadlines in partnership with the collection department

  • Overseeing the administrative side of the projects:

  • database maintenance: entering a mission/order in the Excel tool

  • Close collaboration with the French Valuation team via Microsoft Teams and emails to provide regular project and progress updates.

  • Various recurring tasks.

 

 

Desired skills and experience for this job

  • Good communication skills French is required (B2)

  • Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)

  • Min 1 year experience in Administration

  • Should be proficient in MS office: (including Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel: entering data, knowing basic formulas, knowing how to filter)

  • Well-organised, have an eye for detail, autonomous and easy to adapt

  • Shows proactiveness/reactiveness and has a sense of aesthetics

  • The following skills will impact your application positively, but aren’t a must:

  • Administration or financial background

  • Advanced Excel

  • Previous working experience in the real estate or BPO industry
