We are looking for a Bilingual Facilities Analyst to join the team in São Paulo, serving one of the world's largest energy companies, bp. The selected professional will be responsible for supporting the local Facilities Coordinator in office administrative operations, ensuring operational excellence and adequate support to the organization's employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Coordinator in daily office administrative demands

  • Assist in coordination and execution of projects and facility improvements

  • Maintain updated documentation and records of operational activities

  • Control and monitor inventory of replacement parts and maintenance materials

  • Control cafeteria supplies, including perishable and non-perishable items

  • Supervise inventory of supplies for restrooms and common areas

  • Conduct periodic inventories and consumption reports

  • Monitor performance and compliance with supplier contracts

  • Coordinate service schedules and deliveries

  • Serve as contact point between suppliers and internal team

  • Monitor quality of services provided according to standards established by OurWorkplace

  • Manage receiving, distribution, and sending of correspondence

  • Coordinate courier and mailbag services

  • Maintain organization and control of correspondence sector 

  • Provide support to employees on facilities-related matters

  • Respond to requests and resolve operational demands

  • Maintain efficient communication with all company areas

Mandatory Requirements

  • Complete higher education or currently enrolled (related areas preferred)

  • Knowledge in facilities management

  • Solid knowledge in internal customer service

  • Advanced English (conversation, reading, and writing)

  • Knowledge in inventory management and material control

  • Knowledge in working with supplier and contract management

  • Proficiency in Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
