JLL seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of Property Development Services (PDS) projects. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while aligning with JLL’s commitment to excellence in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring PDS projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory and JLL standards.
  • Track project expenditures, identify variances, and support the Project Manager in mitigating financial risks.
  • Monitor deliverables to uphold JLL’s standards for safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
  • Leverage PDS software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) to streamline workflows and enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Real Estate, hotels management or related subject.
  • Min. 4 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management, preferably in commercial real estate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and sustainability practices.
  • PMP, LEED Green Associate, or relevant certifications are a plus.
