JLL is recruiting an experienced Commercial Leasing associate director professional to join its market-leading Commercial Agency team based in Dubai. The role will operate across the UAE, advising institutional landlords, developers, and occupiers on leasing strategy and transaction execution within one of the region’s most dynamic commercial real estate markets. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong track record of delivering best-in-class advisory services across landmark office developments and major business districts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of JLL’s Commercial Agency platform in the UAE.

Leasing & Transaction Execution

  • Lead the leasing of commercial office assets across Grade A, B, and mixed-use developments
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, including inspections, negotiations, heads of terms, lease documentation, and deal closure
  • Advise landlords on leasing strategy, rental positioning, incentives, and market timing
  • Negotiate complex commercial terms, including rental rates, incentives, break options, and fee structures
  • Proven capability in leasing consultancy and strategy development for large mixed-use projects

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to institutional landlords, developers, and corporate occupiers
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through consistent delivery and market insight
  • Present confidently to clients, including leasing strategies, market updates, and asset positioning recommendations
  • Support fee negotiations and ensure commercial outcomes align with business targets

Business Development

  • Proactively generate new leasing instructions and tenant mandates through networking and market engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, developers, asset managers, and key market stakeholders
  • Identify future pipeline opportunities and contribute to long-term revenue growth
  • Support cross-team collaboration with Capital Markets, Tenant Representation, and Consultancy teams

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Support, mentor, and guide junior brokers and leasing executives
  • Provide oversight on instructions where appropriate to ensure quality and consistency
  • Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Share market intelligence and best practices across the wider business

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s office market, key sub-markets, and major developments
  • Track market activity, transactions, and occupier trends
  • Contribute to internal reporting, pipeline reviews, and client updates

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial office leasing market
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value leasing transactions and working on significant leasing mandates.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable commercial outcomes
  • Excellent client-facing presence with the confidence to lead senior-level discussions
  • Strong business development and networking capability
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to operate independently
  • International candidates considered with experience in major global city hubs.
