  • Work Schedule:  Monday to Friday From 9 am to 6 pm

  • Gross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $55,000 - $58, 000

  • Work Modality: On site

 

What is your day to day? 

• Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for IFM services within Client plant facilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Client leadership and our facilities management team.
• Foster open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders.
• Provide periodic updates and reports on facility operations to Client leadership.
• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained facility.
• Create and maintain superior customer service through best practices.
• Control and monitor processes, monthly reports, quarterly reports, etc., related to operations.
• Responsible for directing operations and preparing KPI and SLA reports, ensuring proper compliance.
• Ensure all site management and operational practices align with company and client standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement leaders to manage financial aspects related to facility operations and services.
• Provide support in vendor coordination (soft and hard services).

 

 

Desired experience and technical skills  

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required
• 4-6 years of experience in facilities management, plant operations, or similar roles
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, and safety protocols
• Experience with budget management and financial oversight
• Professional certification (CFM, FMP, PMP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
