Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany visitors, contractors, and vendors to designated areas within the building while adhering to airport requirements

  • Ensure visitors follow all airport safety protocols and policies

  • Assist with coordinating access to restricted areas

  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks under supervision

  • Assist with minor repairs including replacing light bulbs, air filters, and basic plumbing fixtures

  • Conduct routine building inspections to identify potential maintenance issues

  • Support the maintenance team with equipment and supply inventory

  • Respond to basic maintenance requests from building occupants

  • Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas, tools, and equipment

  • Document completed work orders and maintenance activities via company CMMS system

  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols

  • Assist with emergency response procedures when required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance principles

  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or customer service

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems

  • Entry-level knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems

Work Environment

  • Primary work location is indoors with occasional outdoor duties

  • May require working in mechanical rooms, confined spaces, and at heights

  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for special projects

This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn building maintenance skills while providing critical support to our facility operations team.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

54,600.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
