Buyer role responsibilities:

 

• Execute sourcing strategies and plans, including implementing Annual Sourcing Plans for assigned accounts and regional initiatives as directed by leadership

• Conduct comprehensive procurement processes, including RFPs/RFXs, e-auctions, and negotiations with suppliers, utilizing systems like Bravo (Jaggaer)

• Ensure compliance and manage risk through Strategic Sourcing Audit programs and collaboration with relevant teams

• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including KPI and SLA monitoring, and support QBR reviews

• Drive savings and value through tracking and reporting, commercial due diligence, and implementing initiatives related to compliance, sustainability, and innovation

• Provide operational support to various teams, engage in flow-to-work activities, and assist with regional sourcing programs

• Maintain JLL standards and best practices in sourcing and contracting

• Manage internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams as needed

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Buyer or Procurement/Sourcing Specialist in relevant industries with experience in Facilities Management and fluency in English, and preferably additional European languages

• Proven experience in procurement processes, including e-auctions, with strong analytical and commercial acumen

• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, with ability to implement sourcing plans and manage stakeholder relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-auction/RFP systems, with capability to track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and savings

• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing business needs

• Understanding of risk management and contracting best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards

• Ability to manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement

• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and support various sourcing programs as required
