Planner & Performance Analyst - Life Science Manufacturing
We are seeking a Planner & Performance Analyst for a new client in the Life Science industry. This marks JLL's first European site with this client, building on successful partnerships in other regions.
About the Role
The position supports a manufacturing facility through technical operations management, delivered in partnership with an established vendor. The role oversees reporting, performance optimization, and stakeholder relationships for a 21 FTE team (direct and indirect).
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management & Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting structures to manage contracts and vendor performance against KPIs
Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reports covering work orders, maintenance schedules, service compliance, labor metrics, and incidents
Analyze site team performance and recommend improvements
Drive team achievement of established KPIs
Systems Administration
Administer Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and facility service request systems
Manage work order processes, scheduling, and data platforms
Maintain system integrity, user records, and asset documentation
Configure solutions for new business requirements within existing system capabilities
Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials
Planning & Coordination
Optimize work order processes for enhanced team efficiency
Assist with planning and scheduling of routine activities and facility shutdowns
Develop inspection forms supporting building engineering operations
Coordinate activities across JLL teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum experience with CMMS, work order applications, performance management, and data analytics
Proven process orientation and data-driven approach
Ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technology systems
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management abilities
Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work independently under time constraints
Exceptional organizational and collaborative skills
Adaptability and resilience in building new client relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Life Science industry experience

Responsabilità Principali
Gestione Performance e Reporting

Amministrazione Sistemi
Amministrare il Sistema di Gestione Manutenzione Computerizzato (CMMS) e i sistemi di richiesta servizi
Gestire processi degli ordini di lavoro, programmazione e piattaforme dati
Mantenere l'integrità del sistema, registri utenti e documentazione asset
Configurare soluzioni per nuovi requisiti aziendali all'interno delle capacità dei sistemi esistenti
Sviluppare e mantenere documentazione di sistema e materiali di formazione utenti
Pianificazione e Coordinamento
Ottimizzare i processi degli ordini di lavoro per migliorare l'efficienza del team
Assistere nella pianificazione e programmazione di attività di routine e shutdown dell'impianto
Sviluppare moduli di ispezione a supporto delle operazioni di building engineering
Coordinare attività tra team JLL, fornitori e stakeholder del cliente
Requisiti Richiesti
Minima esperienza con CMMS, applicazioni ordini di lavoro, gestione performance e analisi dati
Comprovato orientamento ai processi e approccio data-driven
Capacità di tradurre l'analisi dei dati in raccomandazioni attuabili
Competenza avanzata in MS Office e sistemi tecnologici
Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato)
Eccellenti competenze di customer service e gestione stakeholder
