• Promote a safe and secure environment within School;

• Safeguard the health of students, staff and property within School;

• Adhere to the School standard operating procedures when carrying out their duties;

• Report to Campus Security Supervisor on daily activities;

• Proceed directly to their assigned roles immediately after the shift briefing. Note that

• Campus Security Officers may only leave their roles after being relieved by another

• Campus Security Officer, or by special instructions from Campus Security Supervisor;

• In case of emergency, respond immediately to any incident that requires a security response, and to report the matter immediately to Campus Security Supervisor;

• Attend to any alarm or emergency and to carry out checks if required or directed by the School;

• Provide supports in emergency services (e.g. arrange to clear any traffic to ensure that the emergency vehicular access and the pathways leading to patients by emergency services is clear and unobstructed, such as by maintaining the lift carrier stopped and open on ground floor to transport emergency personnel to upper floors, support emergency management, etc.);

• Carry out patrol at designated areas and premises perimeters at specified time intervals along designated routes;

• Escort visitors through security check points, when required;

• Operate entry and exit gates for vehicular and passenger traffic flow;

• Ensure no entry of unauthorized person or vehicles at the School;

• Fill in Traffic log for his/her shift and to brief Campus Security Supervisor of next shift on any issue raised to ensure provision of security service at the School is smooth.

• Provide first aid services to students when necessary or as instructed by the School staff;

• Implement policies, guidelines, disciplines and procedures to safeguard safety
