JLL is seeking an experienced Facility Executive - Soft Services to oversee and manage comprehensive soft services operations across our corporate facilities. This role requires a hospitality-focused professional with 3-4 years of IPC background or hotel operations experience who can deliver exceptional workplace experiences while ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

Soft Services Operations Management

 

Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, catering, reception, security, landscaping, and waste management

Develop and implement service standards that create premium workplace experiences comparable to high-end hospitality environments

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure consistent quality delivery and cost optimization

Conduct regular facility inspections and quality audits to maintain JLL's high operational standards

Client Experience & Hospitality Management

 

Apply hospitality principles to create welcoming, professional environments for employees and visitors

Manage front-of-house operations including reception services, visitor management, and concierge services

Coordinate special events, meetings, and corporate functions with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

Handle client inquiries and service requests with a focus on exceeding expectations

Team Leadership & Development

 

Lead and mentor soft services teams including housekeeping, catering, and support staff

Develop training programs that emphasize hospitality service standards and operational excellence

Performance manage service delivery teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Foster a service-oriented culture that aligns with JLL's commitment to client satisfaction

Budget Management & Cost Control

 

Prepare and manage soft services budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to optimize value while maintaining quality standards

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on service delivery and financial performance

Implement sustainable practices that reduce environmental impact and operational costs

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

 

3-4 years of IPC experience in commercial real estate or corporate facilities, OR

2-3 years of hotel operations experience in guest services, housekeeping management, or front office operations

Demonstrated experience managing multiple service providers and vendor relationships

Background in hospitality service delivery with focus on guest/client satisfaction

Professional Skills

 

Strong understanding of soft services operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance coordination

Experience with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics management

Knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management

Proficiency with facility management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Leadership & Communication

 

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with hospitality mindset

Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on proactive solution development

Professional presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Professional certifications in facility management (FMP, CFM) or hospitality management

Experience with integrated workplace management systems (IWMS)

Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations

Previous experience in corporate real estate or commercial property management
