About Project & Development Services (PDS): 

At JLL, Project & Development Services (PDS) delivers end-to-end project management and development solutions for clients across various sectors. The PDS team specializes in managing construction, renovation, and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Leveraging JLL's global expertise, advanced technology, and proven processes, PDS professionals oversee every phase of the project lifecycle—from initial planning and design through execution and close-out—while maintaining a strong focus on client objectives, sustainability, and risk mitigation.

What the job involves: 

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Project & Development Services to join our team. In this role, you will learn project management principles, stakeholder coordination techniques, and quality assurance processes.

As a Summer Intern in Project & Development Services at JLL, you will:

 Project Documentation Support: Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports

 Stakeholder Coordination: Support the coordination of project activities between internal teams, vendors, and clients

 Site Inspections and Quality Assurance: Participate in site visits and assist with project inspections and quality assurance

 Project Tracking and Reporting: Help track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and contribute to the development of project dashboards and reporting tools

 Risk Management and Process Improvement: Assist with risk management and issue resolution processes while gaining exposure to sustainability initiatives and best practices in project delivery

 Dates: June 1st, 2026 - August 7th, 2026

 Location: Richmond, VA, McLean, VA | In-Person

Education, Skills, and Experience 

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field

 Communication and Independence: Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to think and work independently

 Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

 Project Management Skills: Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines

 Industry Interest: Desire to learn more about project management and development with interest in construction, design, or real estate development

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
