What this job involves:

As an IFM Optimization Manager at JLL's Global Integrated Facility Management, you will drive operational excellence in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) programs through hands-on expertise and data-driven process optimization while requiring deep facility management experience to validate and improve facility operations, with a particular focus on enhancing the Site Inspection Program and implementing proven FM best practices across the portfolio. This role requires leading the validation and improvement of facility management processes, with particular emphasis on the Site Inspection Program while applying hands-on FM expertise to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions. You will challenge existing processes and propose evidence-based improvements while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for facility operations. This comprehensive IFM optimization manager role involves coaching and influencing leadership through data-driven recommendations while challenging conventional thinking and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence while collaborating effectively with regional facility management teams and business stakeholders, directly contributing to JLL's mission of delivering exceptional integrated facility management excellence through comprehensive process optimization, quality control implementation, and operational performance enhancement that ensures service delivery consistency, efficiency improvements, and measurable operational excellence across diverse facility management portfolios.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead validation and improvement of facility management processes with particular emphasis on Site Inspection Program while applying hands-on FM expertise for operational solutions
  • Challenge existing processes and propose evidence-based improvements while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for facility operations comprehensive coordination
  • Coach and influence leadership through data-driven recommendations while challenging conventional thinking and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships coordination

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field with 5-8 years of hands-on facility management experience for comprehensive optimization coordination
  • Direct experience with Amazon/JLL facility management operations strongly preferred with proven track record of implementing FM process improvements coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights while demonstrating excellent communication skills with senior leadership influence capability
  • Understanding of facility management processes validation and improvement while demonstrating Site Inspection Program emphasis and FM expertise application coordination
  • Experience with operational inefficiencies identification while understanding practical solutions implementation and existing processes challenging with evidence-based improvements
