We are looking for an Investment Advisor to strengthen our Belux Capital Markets team

What this job involves

Working as part of our Belux Capital Markets team, you’ll support in initiating and executing real estate investment transactions through all asset classes (Office, Logistics, Retail, Living and others).

You will be able to benefit and learn from a highly experienced team, being at the heart of transactional processes and capitalize on a unique network of clients, quickly creating and enhancing a large set of skills.

Our transaction process will be central to your role. This will involve :

• Providing real estate market and strategic research

• Conducting investment analyses

• Analysing & conducting financial reports

• Collecting and reviewing due diligence materials

• Preparing investment memoranda & other marketing materials

• Assisting in investor market presentations

• Assisting in property viewings

• Assisting and implementing sales process

• Preparing service proposal documents

• Sourcing, establishing, and maintaining relationships with (prospective) clients

Desired skills and experience for this job

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics or Law

• You have up to 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role and environment or in a financial position

• You can analyse qualitative and quantitative information

• You are proficient in MS Office and have an advanced level in Excel

• You have excellent organizational and time management skills

• You possess excellent communication skills – both written and spoken

• You can work in a fast-paced environment

• You have preferably fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English

• You have an entrepreneurial and a self-starter attitude

• Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and talented team
