We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our South/East based Residential Office.

What this job involves

• Hitting monthly/annual targets and KPIs  
• Meeting and registering new applicants 
• Accompany viewings with prospective tenants 
• Negotiate offers received 
• Co-ordinating with tenancy managers to ensure move in paperwork goes smoothly 
• Excellent time management skills 
• Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants  
• Develop relationships and work closely with clients to develop future business opportunities 

Sound like you? To apply you need to be/have:

• Experience of residential Lettings
• Proven track record of successful lettings or of delivering high quality customer service.
• The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential
• The ability to learn to accurately value properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
• A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation with in the market place
