What this job involves

JLL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to oversee property insurance compliance, risk mitigation, and user safety education. This role will focus on managing insurance claims, conducting safety workshops internal stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, insurance expertise, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Insurance Management

  • Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure comprehensive coverage for all JLL-managed properties for client.
  • Lead the claims process, from initial reporting to settlement, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits of insurance policies to identify gaps and recommend adjustments.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to optimize insurance costs and coverage terms.

Safety Workshops & Training

  • Design and deliver interactive safety workshops for internal stakeholders (e.g., fire safety, emergency evacuation, first aid).
  • Customize training materials to address property-specific risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate workshop effectiveness through feedback surveys and adjust content as needed.
  • Maintain records of participant attendance and certification.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Safety Management, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years or more relevant working experience

  • Strong knowledge of property insurance policies and claims procedures is an advantage but not a must

  • Be Customer Service focus and able to generate innovative strategy

  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders and demands

  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and saving mindset highly desirable

  • Fluent spoken and written English

  • Immediate available will be an advantage
