About the role:

To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of pantry and tea services to Client at client’s premises and support their business needs.

What this job involves:

  • Monitor mugs inventory and report accordin

  • gly

  • Assist with daily milk distribution and to ensure sufficient supply in each coffee point

  • Stocktaking of general supply including coffee bean and first aid kit

  • Clean pantry utensils and maintain the pantries in a neat and orderly manner

  • Maintain supplies of in-house beverages for staff and visitors all the times

  • Provide tea service for guests if necessary

  • Coordinate on catering services and set up the venue for in-house functions/ events if necessary

  • Support team administer to purchase coffee/ lunch from restaurants/ coffee shops

  • Dishwashing and general cleaning in the Client Area

  • Coffee mug washing

  • General cleaning in the Coffee point

  • Coffee machine descaling

  • Team shift support for irregular working hour

  • Team self- relieve

  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant working experience

  • Experience as pantry attendant or customer services would be an advantage

  • Neat & tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer/service focus

  • Able to communicate in simple English is preferred
