Für unser Team Debt Advisory in Frankfurt am Main suchen wir Dich ab dem 01.04., 01.07. und 01.10.2026 für mindestens 3 Monate als

Praktikant (w/m/d) – Structured Real Estate Finance/Debt Advisory

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Cash Flow-, Markt-, Objekt- und Bonitätsanalysen sowie entsprechenden

• Finanzierungsstrukturen und Marketingstrategien

• Mitarbeit bei Finanzierungsanfragen der Assetklassen: Office, Residential, Logistics, Hotels und Retail

• Financial Modelling: detaillierte unlevered und levered Szenarien modellieren, um sie mit dem Businessplan des Auftraggebers abzustimmen sowie individuelle Finanzierungsstrukturen aufzeigen zu können

• Unterstützung während des Underwritings- und Closing-Prozesses bis hin zur Auszahlung

• Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Mandate einschließlich der Teilnahme an Präsentationsterminen bei unseren Bestands- und Neukunden

• Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Investment Teams, sowie den europäischen Debt Advisory Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Dein Profil

• Studium im Bereich BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanz- und/oder Immobilienwirtschaft

• Relevante Praktika im Bereich Real Estate Finance, Private Debt oder Investment Management sind von Vorteil

• Erste Erfahrungen im Banking & Finance sind wünschenswert

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, ebenfalls in Wort und Schrift

• Sehr gute MS Kenntnisse, insbesondere Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint

• Selbständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten

• Mitwirken auf Finanzierungsmemoranden und Unterstützung der Bankenansprache

• Begeisterungs- und durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit organisatorischem Talent, Kommunikationsstärke und professionellem Auftreten

• Hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Motivation, im Team und im Unternehmen etwas zu bewegen
