Job Description: As a Project Manager in a fit out company, you will be responsible for managing fit out projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful execution of project according to set objectives, budget, schedule, and high-quality standards. You will support your manager on day to day tasks and impact less experienced colleagues to ensure the best building experience for our clients.

Realizacja projektu zgodnie ze standardami firmy, w tym nadzór realizacji prac budowlanych zgodnie z przepisami prawa budowlanego,
Nadzór realizacji projektów oraz, wspólnie z managerem, odbiór prac budowlano-instalacyjnych realizowanych przez podwykonawców,
Koordynowanie dostaw i sprawdzanie zgodności z zamówieniem,
Koordynowanie działań poszczególnych ekip,
Współpraca z działem projektowym,
Prowadzenie dokumentacji inwestycji,
Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów oraz podejmowanie decyzji związanych z realizacją projektów.
Nadzór i dbanie nad przestrzeganiem zasad BHP i OŚ
Prowadzenie projektów fit-out z zachowaniem zakładanego budżetu, ram czasowych i jakości prac
Wymagania:
Wykształcenie kierunkowe
Doświadczenie w realizacji projektów budowlanych lub remontowych
Odpowiedzialność i skrupulatność w wykonywaniu zadań
Umiejętność analizy problemów technicznych
Mile widziane uprawnienia do kierowania robotami budowlanymi
Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B1/2).
