What this job involves:

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Relief Building Manager to join our team! In the role, you will work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various residential assets in NSW to cover their leave.

A snapshot of the role:

• Cover existing Building Managers whilst on leave
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with 
• Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required
• Ensure common property areas are kept in exceptional presentation 
• Provide superior levels of customer service

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:

• Experience in hotel or building security, building concierge, facilities management or operations
• Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
• Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
