Relocation Project Management Lead

Location: Warszawa

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of relocation and move management projects, from planning and staffing to execution and close-out
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, reports, invoices, and ensure compliance with JLL and client procedures
  • Lead and support a team, delegate tasks, and ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, revenue status, and administration
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (furniture, technology, contractors) and review supplier performance
  • Serve as primary point of contact with clients, establishing communication channels and managing expectations
  • Identify risks, propose improvements, and resolve issues proactively
  • Organize and lead internal meetings, project kick-offs, and regular updates for stakeholders
  • Develop and present project reports and status updates
  • Support business development by expanding client relationships, contributing to proposals, and participating in marketing activities
  • Drive process improvements to optimize productivity and deliver value
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures

People Management & Leadership

  • Directly manage and develop a team involved in relocation projects
  • Mentor, train, and conduct performance reviews for team members
  • Promote teamwork and internal knowledge sharing

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven and strong experience in facilities, project or construction management (corporate real estate environment preferred)
  • Experience managing large-scale relocations (1000+ employees)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with CAD/CAFM and move management modules a plus
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible with work hours and travel; able to supervise physical moves and site activities

Preferred Background

  • Experience in project management, construction management, architecture, or strategic planning
  • Minimum 2 years as Senior Relocation Project Manager or similar role
