As a Senior Analyst in our Debt Advisory division, you'll work directly with our Executive Directors and Co-Heads of Debt & Structured Finance to execute complex finance transactions that define Australia and New Zealand's real estate finance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute debt placements and capital raising assignments for marquee clients
• Build sophisticated financial models that drive investment and development finance decisions
• Create compelling pitch materials and deliver presentations to financiers and clients 
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with key stakeholders
• Develop strategic client relationships and provide ongoing transaction support
• Conduct market research and analysis that shapes industry strategies
• Project manage the continuous improvement of team processes and best practices

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related discipline
• Proven experience in real estate finance, banking, or related field
• Excel proficiency with strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities
