As a Senior Manager of Transitions at JLL, you will be the driving force behind complex, multi-geography transition programs that transform how our clients experience workspace solutions. You'll single-handedly manage end-to-end execution of large-scale deals, from initial pre-planning and solutioning through stabilization and beyond. Your role combines strategic oversight with hands-on program management, requiring you to establish governance frameworks, manage financials, and navigate stakeholder relationships across internal teams and client organizations. Lead comprehensive due diligence planning and reporting activities, ensuring thorough knowledge transfer and effective ramp-up deployment across multiple locations and time zones
Develop and execute detailed transition timelines, budgets, and resource requirements while providing clear assessments of project progress, risks, and financial implications
Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for complex programs, integrating seamlessly with other JLL workstreams and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout various transition phases, serving as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external client representatives
Create and deliver communication strategies and plans for global initiatives, generating momentum and influencing behaviors across the organization to support successful transitions
Collaborate extensively with functional teams including HR, Recruitment, IT, and Training to ensure all aspects of the transition are expertly coordinated and executed
Monitor and manage deal financials, including business case creation and regular updates, while maintaining strict control over costs and expenses throughout the program lifecycle
Drive change management initiatives and risk mitigation strategies, working closely with internal and client teams to address challenges proactively
Develop and maintain domain-specific credentials, client visit materials, case studies, and transition methodologies that showcase JLL's capabilities and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 16+ years of progressive experience in program management and transitions
Proven track record of single-handedly managing complex, multi-geography deals from inception through stabilization and post-go-live support
Advanced proficiency in MS Project for creating and maintaining detailed project plans, with ability to generate comprehensive reports and track multiple workstreams
Expert-level skills in MS Excel for financial modeling, budget management, and creating detailed project plans with tollgates, milestones, and completion tracking
Strong experience in MS PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and governance meeting facilitation, with ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
Demonstrated expertise in establishing governance frameworks and managing stakeholder relationships at senior executive levels within both service provider and client organizations
Solid financial management capabilities including budget creation, cost control, and business case development and maintenance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence outcomes and build lasting professional relationships
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing project requirements and client needs
Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent program management credentials
Experience with MS Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation
Previous experience in corporate real estate, facility management, or related professional services industry
Demonstrated success in managing transitions for Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
Experience working in global, matrix organizations with complex stakeholder environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proven track record in managing complexity and driving innovative solutions
International work experience or demonstrated ability to manage cross-cultural teams and client relationships
Background in change management methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
