This role elevates the workplace experience through exceptional service, support, and hospitality as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment that aligns with organizational goals.

For this role in Budapest specifically, during the first few months of the contract, the main floor of the site won't be open. Therefore, employees will have the opportunity to get to know the site from a back-office perspective and be fully prepared and ready for the role once the main floor opens after refurbishment.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience & Reception Management: Deliver exceptional hospitality through professional welcomes, comprehensive visitor management, multi-line phone operations, meeting coordination, and proactive relationship building while collaborating across departments to provide first-level AV/technology support and lead workplace events

  • Operations & Safety Excellence: Partner with facilities management to maintain optimal workspace conditions through systematic assessments and SLA compliance monitoring while executing comprehensive security protocols including contractor verification, emergency response coordination, access control, and building alarm monitoring

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Document and proactively act on feedback to enhance workplace experiences, support event planning and performance metrics analysis, and implement service standards that consistently exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred with 2-3 years customer service, hospitality, or facilities management experience; corporate workplace services background advantageous

  • Technical & Communication Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, visitor management systems, and workplace technology platforms combined with excellent English communication skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and proven multitasking proficiency in international business environments

  • Personal Attributes: High discretion with sensitive information, flexibility for changing priorities, collaborative yet independent work style, professional appearance for executive interactions, and ability to maintain flexible scheduling with physical requirements including standing for extended periods and lifting 25 pounds
