What this job involves:

As a Sourcing Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our Integrated Facilities Management operations by ensuring seamless procurement, risk management, and contract compliance across all supplier relationships. This position centers on supporting both our valued clients and internal stakeholders through strategic sourcing initiatives and comprehensive contract lifecycle management. You'll serve as the cornerstone of our supplier onboarding and compliance processes, maintaining the integrity of our contract databases while fostering strong relationships with vendors, operations teams, and corporate stakeholders. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage comprehensive supplier onboarding processes, including due diligence completion and Corrigo platform administration to ensure seamless integration of new service providers

  • Maintain meticulous contract database integrity across multiple data management platforms, ensuring accurate documentation and easy accessibility for stakeholders

  • Coordinate contract negotiations and communications between suppliers and operations teams, facilitating smooth project execution and relationship management

  • Process and monitor Certificates of Insurance (COI) requirements through various platforms including ISNetworld and Avetta, ensuring full compliance with JLL Corporate and client-specific standards

  • Administer and organize supplier files, contracts, amendments, insurance certificates, and other critical contractual documents in accordance with JLL and client requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, providing expert guidance on COI exceptions and risk management processes

  • Support incoming and outgoing service provider transitions by developing comprehensive transition plans and communicating contract modifications to relevant stakeholders

  • Conduct regular audits of sourcing and contracting policies to ensure adherence to established procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management teams to review contractual terms, secure proper approvals, and maintain compliance with organizational standards

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in procurement or contract management

  • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, contract administration, or supplier relationship management

  • Proficiency with contract management platforms and database systems, with strong technical aptitude for learning new software applications

  • Demonstrated experience with Certificate of Insurance processing and risk management compliance requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy across multiple systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders

  • Proven organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with facilities management or commercial real estate industry practices and terminology

  • Familiarity with Corrigo, ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar vendor management and risk assessment platforms

  • Knowledge of legal contract terms, risk assessment principles, and insurance requirements in commercial settings

  • Previous experience supporting Integrated Facilities Management operations or similar service-oriented business models

  • Professional certification in procurement, contract management, or supply chain management (CPSM, CPCM, or equivalent)
