Design Manager

• Lead and manage design team members, providing guidance and mentorship

• Oversee project design processes from concept through completion

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors on design requirements

• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Ensure designs meet building codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

• Manage design budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Conduct quality control reviews and design audits

• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and senior management

• Implement design standards, best practices, and workflow processes

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices
