We are looking for a Team Manager (Financial Management) for our JBS Lease Administration department.

For more than two decades, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Lease Administration group has been setting the standard in quality real estate management by delivering flexible portfolio solutions through its comprehensive Lease Administration programs.  Lease Administration has dedicated resources that make this business unit one of the most sought after and successful services offered by the firm. In Poland JLL Lease Administration was established in 2006 and since then has grown to over 190 employees in 2018.

What we do? We centrally manage clients’ leases to help them make more strategic portfolio decisions, reduce costs and identify opportunities to renegotiate lease terms and rates.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We can take responsibility for 20 leases or 20,000, gathering, monitoring and managing accurate data so clients’ resources aren't drained. Using JLL’s strict SOC1 certified processes, we manage lease data and help clients make sound decisions quickly. As the only global SOC1-certified lease administration service provider, we make sure clients don't miss critical planning deadlines or expirations. We identify opportunities to consolidate or dispose of underused assets. Clients are well-positioned to take advantage of every opportunity to maximize the efficiency and productivity of their portfolio.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of the role is to manage supervised roles / units to provide agreed level of services, defined by targeted KPIs in line with policies and procedures. This role is also responsible for supporting company growth by ensuring proper level of resourcing, proper level of knowledge within teams and by improving client service experience.

What this job involves:

  • Responsibility for overall employee life-cycle management: Recruitment, Development, Salary review, Promotion

  • People development and coaching through setting development plans and support learning activities.

  • Provision and assurance of relevant knowledge amongst team peers through effective assignment of tasks, ensuring knowledge transfer activities, monitoring and managing skillset in team.

  • Ensure quality communication across JBS teams and EMEA Corporate Solutions.

  • Ensure proper work time management of the team accordingly to defined policies and local regulations.

  • Provide regular feedback to team members

  • Take initiative to develop and maintain trust

  • Operational support of team members

  • Regular analysis of the KPI and resources planning including creation and execution of the proper action plans to reach target levels.

  • Ensure workload management to achieve service delivery on time.

  • Strong focus on the client relationship management via regular communication

  • Drive initiative and support JBS LA employees in their proactive approach to complete the tasks

  • Create action plans and minimize escalation risks basing on the ongoing feedback from the internal and external clients

  • Delivery of active support for JLL project initiatives

  • minimum 4 years of experience with real estate, database or finance

  • Minimum 1.5 year of experience in managerial role
