Daily activities

Admin

- Routine Inspections: Regularly inspect the facility to identify issues and promptly initiate rectification actions.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with various vendors for services and monitor on-site to ensure compliance.

- Equipment Oversight: Oversee the operation of all pantry and reprographic equipment, addressing issues as they arise.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all facility-related activities (e.g., warranties, maintenance schedules). Prepare necessary documents for landlords.

- Permit & Safety: Create and monitor work permits and method statements. Assist in preparing floor registers for health and safety issues.- Floor Plan Management: Keep floor plans updated.

GUTS management and reporting

-Taking facility rounds and find out snags and raising GUTS tickets for the same-Proactive tickets-Follow up and close the tickets logged.

Technician support

-Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions-Overseeing pest control operations for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility.

-Communicate to the Site lead all incidents issues and pending problems

-Coordinate with vendor for services -Communicate with other teams for any MA activities such as EMT, AV, Food and security

-Monitor MA vendor on site

-Oversee the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment (xerox machines) operations during the shift and identify issues and take necessary actions (if any)-Creating & Monitoring Permit work, work method statement

-Attain employee feedback and address the concerns raised-Setting up the Tech talk room-Preparing floor register for Health and Safety Issues

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a technical or service

-oriented industry.- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
