1. บำรุงรักษาและแก้ไข ระบบสาธารณูปโภคในอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมที่จะใช้งานตลอดเวลา
2. ปิด-เปิด ระบบอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า / เครื่องกล ตามกำหนดเวลาที่กำหนด
3. ตรวจเช็คและบำรุงรักษางานระบบอาคารทั้งหมด ตามตารางที่กำหนด
4. ดูแลซ่อมแซมงานระบบที่สามารถดำเนินการ โดยช่างอาคารได้
5. ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ในส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับงานระบบต่างๆ ในอาคาร
6. จดบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของระบบและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า/เครื่องกล
7. บริการลูกค้าของอาคาร ให้ได้รับความสะดวกรวดเร็วในด้านสาธารณูปโภค เช่น ไฟฟ้า, ประปาโทรศัพท์ และด้านสุขาภิบาล
8. รายงานโดยตรงต่อหัวหน้าช่าง
9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- Coordinate with contractors regarding various building systems
- Record data on the operation of electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
- Provide building customers with convenient and prompt utility services (electricity, water, telephone, sanitation)
- Report directly to the head technician
- Other assigned duties
