About the role:

Assist the on day-to-day operational M&E activities in a variety of buildings.

What this job involves:

1.) Electrical/mechanical/plumbing system maintenance, including: Air-con, UPS, CRAC, Switchgear, Alarm system, BMS system, Access card system, Fire Protection system, Water supply and drainage system, PA system, AV systems and miscellaneous electrical appliances

2.) Attending to technical-related interior works and faults, including Furniture, Carpets, Walls/fittings, Ceilings and Glass Doors

3.) Attending to clients’ requests / site complaints and resolve issues/faults

4.) Daily inspection of systems, facilities and conducting essential equipment checks and meter readings

5.) Assist and supervise vendors and contractor services in the premises relating to Corrective Maintenance and Planned Preventive Maintenance and vendor briefings

6.) Assist during project works and internal Moves, Adds and Changes activities, Assist in Power Shutdown activities

7.) Respond to System Alarms and deal with emergency situations

8.) Write incident reports and assist to analyze the root cause of incident

9.) Successful completion of scheduled maintenance activities and resolve client requests

10.)Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• More than three years of relevant experience
• Class C or above relevant licenses are required (indoor wiring/refrigeration air conditioners)
• Responsible, dedicated to work and service, able to work together with the team, strong resistance to pressure
• Basic computer operation ability Word / Excel
