What this opportunity involves:

Working at a client site on Collins Street, JLL is seeking a dynamic and professional Workplace Ambassador to enhance our office environment and provide exceptional service to visitors and employees alike. This role combines traditional concierge duties with proactive workplace management, creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for all.

 This is a fixed term contract until August 2026.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Manage reception duties: welcome visitors and employees, handle arrivals, access passes, enquiries

  • Conduct regular workplace experience sweeps, ensuring cleanliness and stock replenishment

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients

  • Coordinate with FM team for seamless guest experiences, including daily huddles

  • Handle administrative tasks: emails, phone calls, workspace management, and vendor oversight

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, anticipating needs and managing events and conference room bookings

  • Identify and escalate potential risks to operations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and workplace activations

  • Perform additional duties as required

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
