What this job involves 

The purpose of the Workplace and Mailroom Coordinator is to deliver administration and logistic support in the mailroom as well as enhancing the face to face employee experience. You will work closely with the Workplace Lead, managing all aspects of the bookings and events and visitors. This role will be based on our client site in Hurstville.
 

  • Delivery of key on- site administration services for all major client offices

  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders and respsond to feedback appropriately

  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of the day to day running of the office

  • Setting up meeting rooms for events, including arranging furniture, setting up audiovisual equipment, and preparing materials

  • Ensure a safe, clean, organised office, lobby, and conference rooms

  • Delivery of a high quality service including mail receipt, identification, processing and distribution

  • Organise and schedule courier services for outgoing mail and packages

What this job involves 

The purpose of the Workplace and Mailroom Coordinator is to deliver administration and logistic support in the mailroom as well as enhancing the face to face employee experience.
