What this opportunity involves:

JLL are looking for a Workplace Coordinator - Technical to work onsite with our FCDO government contract in Canberra. This role provides customer support, vendor management, and technical coordination to enable effective facility management service delivery.

You will join a dynamic team delivering innovative integrated facility and property management solutions.

Snapshot of the role:

  • Deliver superior customer service and manage vendor performance

  • Implement Planned Preventive Management Program

  • Manage vendors for technical/safety audits, maintenance and equipment repairs

  • Manage Corrigo PM/RM work orders and ensure data accuracy

  • Assist with procurement, financial processes, and consumables management

  • Conduct site training to expand Operations staff capabilities

  • Support safety procedures, property risk management, and business continuity plans

  • Provide administrative support for security clearances and HSE documentation

What we're looking for:

The right candidate will exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills, demonstrate excellent customer service, vendor management, and conflict resolution abilities. They will be able to efficiently handle multiple complex tasks and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Worked in a dynamic environment with basic understanding of facilities management

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite programs

  • Previous experience in technical workplace administration and coordination

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
