We’re looking for a driven Application Engineer to join our team and help deliver innovative Building Controls Solutions. If you have a passion for problem-solving, enjoy working with automation and control technologies, and want to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work alongside Account Executives to provide technical expertise, project estimates, and support during the design and proposal phase.
• Help develop accurate project cost estimates and scopes of work in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Prepare customer proposals and quote letters, including project takeoffs, spec reviews, and RFQ/RFI submissions.
• Mentor Application Engineers on building controls systems and best practices.
• Ensure a fast response to client needs by delivering technical selections, specifications, drawings, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team leaders to manage project timelines, execution, and forecasts.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to design solutions that meet contract, site coordination, and installation requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Automation or related field.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
• Work experience of at least 3 years in engineering positions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with professionalism, adaptability, and persistence.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Hands-on engineering experience or previous work in building automation, low-voltage systems, security systems (access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection), HVAC controls, or fire detection.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
