What will you do? 

As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing our demand forecast and supply execution through our internal supply chain. You will oversee forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turns across various finished product categories.

How will you do it?  

• Maintain the demand forecast with regular reviews and analysis of actual demand, sales data, and supply shortfalls to validate forecast requirements supporting the business.

• Execute monthly demand reviews with the sales team across a range of customers and product categories.

• Drive the customer collaborative planning process, ensuring the monthly review cycle is met while addressing key issues and upcoming changes to demand.

• Upload demand data onto the ERP system, monitor changes, and review new product demands while communicating regularly with the sales team.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• +3 years of related experience.

• Understanding of ERP or WMS systems.

• Strong oral and written communication skills for presentations to all levels of management.

• Advanced analytical and statistical skills, including knowledge of concepts like standard deviation and forecast bias.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or JDE systems.

• Experience with planning tools such as Logility or JDA.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or Six Sigma Lean Expert.
