What you will do
As Engineer, Regional Technical Support, you play a crucial role in providing end to end sales support to Senior Leaders (regional). You are responsible for (technical support, quotation preparation, order processing, & daily communication with customer)
How you will do it
- Prepare technical quotations, facilitate product selection
- Respond to technical queries, and provide product support and guidance to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields, with 2-3 years' experience.
- Fresh graduate with engineering background is welcome to apply.
- Experience in managing confidential and time-sensitive information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
