We’re looking for a Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our Whangarei team!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Installing, fault-finding, servicing, and repairing fire alarm systems to required standards

  • Accurately recording time, materials, and job-related documentation each day

  • Maintaining clear communication with clients regarding system condition, repairs, and approvals

  • Identifying opportunities to add value and grow our client base

  • Delivering high-quality work that upholds our safety and performance standards

How You’ll Succeed

  • Participating in company and external training to stay ahead of industry developments

  • Demonstrating enthusiasm for our products, services, and the work we do

  • Showing a positive attitude, commitment, and alignment with company goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in the Fire Alarm or Electrical industry

  • NZ residency/citizenship or a valid work visa

  • Competent computer skills

  • Full New Zealand driver’s license

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can‑do mindset
