What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair electronic fire alarm systems and related building systems
• Troubleshoot card access, CCTV, and burglar alarm systems
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring system reliability
• Complete detailed service documentation through mobile devices
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation

What You'll Need:

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years documented experience with electronic security systems
• Proficiency with test equipment (multi-meter, digital analyzer, commissioning devices)
• Experience installing, inspecting, repairing, and programming security systems
• Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards
• Ability to lift/carry equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions (ladders, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• NICET III certification preferred in Special Hazard Systems or Fire Alarm
