Job Description

What You Will Do:

As General Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of integrated service and installation solutions across a defined region or portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, field-driven environments and knows how to balance tactical execution with strategic direction. You will take full ownership of service and installation delivery, managing large technician teams across multiple disciplines, overseeing high-volume operations, and driving performance. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
 

How you will do it : 

  • Lead from the front: Provide hands-on leadership to large, multi-disciplinary field teams (Fire & Security, Building Automation), ensuring high performance and accountability.

  • Drive operational excellence: Manage high-volume service and installation activities, optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and technician productivity.

  • Strategic oversight: Develop and execute regional strategies to grow install and service revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

  • Customer-centric delivery: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent service quality and responsiveness to evolving needs.

  • Contract ownership: Oversee complex service contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and driving successful renewals.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with sales, operations, and engineering to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.

  • Financial leadership: Own the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting for your region, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

  • Continuous improvement: Champion innovation and smarter ways of working, leveraging data and feedback to refine service delivery.
