What will you do?

• Participate in manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

• Support the introduction of new products.

• Contribute to process optimization projects.

What are we looking for?

• Recent Engineering Graduates. (all specialties related to manufacturing)

• +6 months of experience in a manufacturing role. (full time positions or internships)

• Fluent in English

• Ability to build relationships and work in a team.

• Creativity to propose innovative solutions to different challenges.

• Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to change.
